Capability maturity
From isolated experiments to an adaptive enterprise
The capability model describes what capabilities an enterprise needs. The maturity model describes how far the organization has progressed across those capabilities.
Progress is uneven by design: an organization can assess each capability from Experiment through Govern, Operationalize, Transform, and Adaptive Enterprise, then focus investment where gaps constrain the whole system.
